Departments usually have one leader assigned to each department who is in charge of handling vacation and absence requests, onboarding and offboarding etc. In case a user is absent for a period of time, AppsCo gives you the option to add replacements for the user.
This means that you can choose a user to replace another user for a selected period of time. In addition to this, you'll also have the option to add access to a group or department the replacement user will have.
You can also give several users replacement access. Click Add to confirm.
