You can copy the credentials and information from each resource on your personal dashboard - both your own or resources other free users have shared with you.

For example if a free user has shared login information with you, you can copy the username and password in order to paste them to the username/password fields and login to this application. 

To copy the information, click on the Info button on the resource. In the info section, next to each field, you will see a copy icon. Click on the icon to copy the information. 

You can do the same for each resource type.
