Employee records

The dynamic "Employee records" is the very foundation of your Employee Management Platform as this is where you manage the employees in your company. The "Employee records" will support the following processes:

  • Onboarding
  • Offboarding
  • Time off management
  • Timesheets 

Being a dynamic module it has lot's of capabilites carefully described in the "Settings" --> "Profile templates" articles. It will help you set up Appsco One exacly how you need it. It will be a good hr-master for your data either you enter employees manually or through integrations.

 

The default setup of the "Employee records" (employee profile) contains a bare minimum of fields and categories:

 

Category: "Basic information" contains the following fields:

  • Employeeid - mandatory field - autoincrement turned on. You are able to set your own values manually
  • First name - mandatory - Field type: text
  • Last name - mandatory - Field type: text
  • Email - mandatory - will be the employees username in Appsco One. Field type: Email validation
  • Birthdate - not mandatory - Field type: Date
  • Gender - not mandatory - Field type: Choose one from list

Category: "Contact information" contains the following fields:

  • Address 1 - not mandatory - Field type: text
  • Address 2 - not mandatory - Field type: text
  • Zip code - not mandatory - Field type: text
  • City - not mandatory - Field type: text
  • Country - not mandatory - Field type: country

To access the "Employee records" click the "Employees" icon on the Appsco One Dashboard

Click the employee from the list

All data stored for the employee is visible and can be edited
