How to manage groups?

If you wish to manage a group - add users, contacts or resources to a group, go to your company, then the Groups page.

Click Edit on the group you wish to manage.

On Manage group page, you can add users and contacts to this group or assign resources. 

Assign resources to group

To assign resources, click on Manage on Resources card.

You will see a list of resources which have been assigned to this group. You can add new resources by clicking on the Add to group button.

A dialog will open where you can search and select the resources you wish to add. Once you have selected the resources, click Add.

Resources will be added to this group. Once the resources are added to the group they will be automatically shared to all users/contacts in this group. 

To remove a resource from a group, click on the Revoke button on the card. Once the resource is removed, it will no longer be shared to any of the users/contacts in this group. Keep in mind that the same resource might be shared to users/contacts through another group or directly.

Add users to group

To add users to a group, click on Manage on Users card.

Click Add to Group to add users to this group.

Search for users you wish to add, select them and click Add.

User will be added to the group. Once the user has been added all resources in this group will automatically be shared to this user. 

To remove a user from a group, simply click on the Remove button on the card. Once the user is removed, resources assigned to this group will no longer be shared to this user. Keep in mind that user might have access to some of these resources through another group or if they were directly shared.

Add contacts to group

To add a contact to a group, click Manage on the Contacts card.

Click Add to group, to add contacts to this group.

Search for contacts you wish to add, select them and click Add.

Contact will be added to the group. Once you add the contact all resources in this group will automatically be shared to this contact.

To remove a contact from a group, simply click on the Remove button on the card. Once the contact is removed, resources added to this group will no longer be shared to the contact. Keep in mind that contact might have access to some of these resources through another group or if they were directly shared.

To remove a group from the Manage Group page, click on the red Remove button at the bottom left.
