You can share resources with users, contacts and with groups. To share a resource with a group, go to your company and then to Resources page. 

Select the resources you wish to share, and click on the share button. 

In the share dialog, choose the Group tab, and select the groups you wish to share the resource to from the list. Click share to share the selected resources. 

When the resource is shared to the group, all users and/or contacts in this group will get the resource on the company dashboard. 

You can also share resources to a group on the Groups page.
