Each company on AppsCo Business gets it's own intanett website. Website is available to all employees using AppsCo and is protected so only users added to the company profile can see the content.
The company owner and administrator are the only ones who can change the content and update the website.
This is the easiest way to communicate with the employees, share news and events, employee information etc.
Your employees can view the intranet website by clicking on the globe icon in header.
To go to the admin panel and edit the intranet website, you can use the same button or go to Company in header and then choose Home from the drop-down menu.
In the side-menu choose Intranet Admin tab to go to the editor and administrate the website.
Intranet is delivered by AppsCo partner MySiteShop - website builder, so you must authorize the app first. Click the Authorize button to continue.
You will be automatically sent to the Mosaic editor where you can add info for your employees, share news and updates, service information etc. You can always go back to AppsCo by clicking the Back to AppsCo button.
