How to edit applications?

You can always edit any configured application on any dashboard. This way you can easily change the login credentials for example without informing the users/employees or sharing any credentials. 

Choose the dashboard you wish to edit from the drop-down menu in header. 

Or go to the Home page and choose dashboard from the drop-down menu. 

You will see all applications added to this dashboard. To edit the application click on the three dots to the right and then Settings. 

A pop-up window will show up. You can change the login credentials for this app or change some additional settings if you click Change button on the top of the window. 

The window will expand and you will be able to change the domain for this app (remember that in order to login it should be a login page for this app), name of the application which will show up on the dashboard (For example change from Hubspot to Hubspot team 1) and login credentials. 

When you are finished with editing click Install to save the changes. 

You can also always edit applications by going to the Applications page where all apps are listed. You can also choose the dashboard you wish to edit from the drop-down menu in the top right corner. 

Click Edit button on the app you wish to change. 

You will see the same pop-up window, where you can change the settings for the application.
